Quadball Australia is a not-for-profit organisation formed in 2011 following the success of the inaugural QUAFL Cup. We are committed to facilitating all quadball related activities, be they recreational or competitive. A decade on, the community in Australia is thriving with several state leagues, new teams forming every year, and new heights of athleticism, including a world championship.
Quadball Australia Events
We host three main events each year; Quadcamp - a weekend devoted to developing the members of our community in all aspects of Quadball, with workshops around playing, referring and team and club management. State Shield – the most elite Australian quadball event, State Shield is an interstate competition, with representative teams comprised of the state’s best players competing for the title of Australia’s strongest state. The Australian National Championships, the multi-day competition, affectionately known as QUAFL, is a club-focused event, giving teams from across the country opportunity to compete for the national title. There are also regular leagues run by the New South Wales, Victorian, Queensland state bodies, as well as numerous open game and social events.
We also provide a whole host of services including referee and snitch mentorship and certification, event sanctioning, insurance cover for our members, as well as various initiatives aimed at growing the sport and improving the experiences of players at all levels.
